Playing with a train set has multiple benefits for our little ones, the first being problem solving as the track pieces are slotted together to make a full loop. Fine motor skills are enhanced by placing the smaller pieces into the small world play scene which involves concentration and manipulation. Creativity and imaginative play allow for the development of social and language skills too.
This wooden set includes a locomotive, 4 wagons, 24 circuit pieces, a station, 2 houses, 2 characters, 4 trees and 2 traffic signs. It comes in cardboard suitcase, which means that everything can be neatly packed away at the end of playtime.
