Introduction

Customer service is of the upmost importance to us at Wood Bee Nice. Please read these terms of sale carefully. The terms we state indicate how to use our website (www.woodbeenice.co.uk), whether as a guest or registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site. By using the website, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.

You must be over 18 years of age in order to enter into a contract of sale with us at ‘Wood Bee Nice’ and possess a valid method of payment.

General terms and conditions

This site is owned and operated by RRG Premium Sales Ltd, trading as Wood Bee Nice of 5 Hillcrest Rise, Buckingham Industrial Park, Buckingham MK18 1SL. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12634085. Our VAT number is 401084547.

Placing an order

When you place your order, it is placed subject to availability and the following terms & conditions.

  1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email confirming that we have received the order. Until you have paid in full for the products, there is no contract between us. Only at the point of dispatch of our order is a legally binding contract created between us.
  2. There is the opportunity, on the checkout page, to subscribe to our newsletter and receive emails telling you about any offers that we hope you will be interested in. If you do not wish to receive such notifications, please untick the box at this point. 
  3. All of our pricing includes VAT, where applicable and the breakdown of VAT is shown at the cart and checkout for you to see.
  4. Delivery costs will be clearly stated at the point of ordering.
  5. Once your order has been received we will perform a standard check to ensure that your preferred method of payment has sufficient funds to fulfil the total costs.
  6. In the very rare occurrence of any pricing or description errors we will inform you as soon as possible. The changes will need to be agreed with you prior to reconfirming the order. Should you prefer to cancel, at this stage, a full refund will be given.

Delivery policy

Our delivery charges start at £4.95 for a standard delivery service to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to non mainland UK destinations are available, please contact us on [email protected] to discuss a price. The price will be based on weight and your delivery location.

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address which you indicate at the time of placing an order. It is very important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the parcel/s to be left if you are not available upon delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods once they are delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless it is caused by our negligence). We will ensure, wherever possible, that we deliver within the timescale set out in our order confirmation, but we cannot guarantee this as the delivery services the we use do not guarantee their services. Once the order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you to the address provided, advising you of the tracking information as appropriate.

All orders will be processed within 1 working day as a maximum, from date that payment is authorised, within the schedule as displayed on our Delivery & Returns page. Please note that this does not include Bank Holidays.

You will become the legal owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

COVID 19

We are currently following Government Guidance, with regards to COVID 19. As we are a family business we are able to assure you that this is being taken very seriously and we do not have access to our facilities for people outside our family unit.

If you chose to use or Click & Collect service during this time, we kindly request that you use the appropriate safety measures, as outlined by the government website.

Click & Collect

When you place your order, the procedure will be the same as stated above under placing an order. At the checkout, please choose the appropriate service you require. If you would like to come and collect your items, free of delivery charge, please select the click & collect option.

During opening hours, as stated on our website, you are welcome to come and collect your items as soon as your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please bring this information along with you and we would be grateful if you could provide us with a form of identification.

Click & Collect items will be reserved for you, for a period of 7 days. If you have not come to collect your items within this period, or contacted us with your preferred timescale, we will assume that you have changed your mind and provide you with a full refund. You will receive an email to confirm that this has happened.

Once you have collected your items, you will become the owner. They will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Returning an item

At Wood Bee Nice customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We would hope that you are happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you would like to return them please follow the guidelines below.

  1. The legal right is to return the item within 14 days of receipt, however, at “Wood Bee Nice” we are happy to extend this to 30 days.
  2. Please send the item back in the condition which you received it in.
  3. We will refund the cost of the item in full, upon receipt back to us.
  4. The cost of delivery is not refundable, unless your item is faulty or damaged (please see section below)
  5. The cost of returning an item will fall to you as the purchaser.

Items are not eligible for a refund if:-

  1. Any of the internal packaging has been removed.
  2. Any of the outer packaging has been damaged, unless it was during delivery and has been discussed with us at the point of receipt.

In the very unlikely occurrence that the item delivered is either faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will discuss how we can rectify this for you.

Cancelling an Order

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you are legally within your rights to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day which you receive your goods.

If you do change your mind regarding purchasing from us, please email us at [email protected] or you can call us on 01280 821821 and we will process a refund. Please be aware that this could take 5-7 days to be returned to you, depending on the payment method used. We will only refund using the method of payment that you used at the checkout.

Unfortunately, if you choose to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, we will not be able to process a refund until we have received the items back. If the opportunity arises for you to refuse the delivery you can do this and they will be duly returned to us. Alternatively, if you receive the items please package the items back up and send them back to us, in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, at this stage the cost of returning the items due to a cancelled order would be the responsibility of the purchaser. The refund issued would not include the original delivery costs.

Please do let us know that you are returning items. We politely request that items you wish to return should be in our receipt within 30 days or we will consider that you have changed your mind on returning them.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value of the goods supplied if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using the goods prior to cancellation).

For whichever reason you decide to return a parcel to us, please make sure that you obtain a proof of postage from whoever you leave your return parcel with. Unfortunately, in the unlikely event that your return does not reach us, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Faulty Items

We will always endeavour to make sure that your purchase is delivered to you in the condition that you expect and as stated at the time of purchase. In the unlikely event that your items are faulty or damaged, we will always offer to replace faulty and damaged goods at our own cost. We will require the damaged or faulty goods to be returned to us, at our cost, before we send a replacement. There may be circumstances where we do not require the goods to be returned depending on how we deem appropriate in individual cases.

Summary of your legal rights

When you purchase an item from us, you have entered into a contract with us. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. Below we have a summary of your key legal rights in relation to the product. There is nothing in these terms that will affect your legal rights.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:

  1. Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
  2. Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  3. Up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

Disclaimer of Liability

Wood Bee Nice are not able to guarantee that your use of our service will be perfect at all times, although we will always provide the best service we can at all times. There may be occasions where it is interrupted, untimely and contains errors.

We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. You have certain rights as a consumer including legals rights relating to faulty and/or misdescribed goods.

Our liability is limited by the permitting law.

Changes to legal notices

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of this website are governed by and constructed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Other important terms

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled your complaint, you may submit the dispute for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
