Do feelings matter?

They really do! When we are emotionally healthy, our full range of feelings gives us valuable information about ourselves. They motivate us to take action. All feelings are valid, rather than good or bad, but there’s no getting away from it, some are more pleasant to experience than others.

This is a great game of snap, containing 8 different emotions and ‘Pull a Face’ cards. These enable the player to either ask the whole group to pull the represented face on the card, or just one. Before you start playing, familiarise yourself with the illustrations and talk about each expression, what would it look like and have you had any experiences that can help to explain feelings.
