The buddies will help to develop an understanding of emotions and by talking about them there is a discovery of the impact that they have on themselves and others. They will learn how to express themselves and regulate their feelings.

This set of 4 washable characters comes in a drawstring bag with practitioner notes to provide guidance and support. The emotions included are excited, calm, scared and jealous.
