A fabulous contemporary take on a traditional toy tool bench, so bright and colourful. There are lots of creative play and story telling opportunities when building and making robots with the parts.
Just like a grown up work area, the pieces slot into their own spaces and can be used to get on with projects. The bench has a really sturdy construction and there is a tray at the bottom to keep all the projects in one place. There are lots of different ways to combine the pieces and there are great textures to explore as well.
Toy tools help to teach little ones how to use their hands and develop manual dextertiy. They encourage hand-eye coordination, problem solving skills and critical thinking. By learning practical lifelong skills the developed coordination will be carried forward into other activities. It can also develop social and language skills by playing.
The tool bench comes complete with wooden tools including a hammer, a screwdriver, a spanner, a saw, red wooden drill and a chalkboard for scribbling designs. There is also lots of nuts & bolts and blocks to build with.
