Sweet Swan Dolly Bed

Rock-a-bye baby….

This is a beautifully painted white, cot-style dolly bed with cut-out features and natural wooden rockers, tIdeal for little ones to care for their baby dolls or teddy bears.

A great open-ended toy ideal for developing imaginative, emotional social, language and physical development. Caring for a favourite toy enables children to explore emotions such as love, comfort, empathy, and responsibility by taking their cue from Mummy & Daddy. Through the pretend play of putting a toy to bed the bedtime routine can help in the understanding of concepts such as sleep and daily routines. Also, placing a toy in the cot, adjusting blankets, and handling small accessories helps develop hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

This set does require self assembly, but don’t worry there are full instructions included. After you have built the cot, additional items included are a blush coloured matress, a muslin coverlet and pillow which are finished with a luxurious frill. Theres also a wooden baby bottle, baby cup and muslin bib.

Also in this range is the beautiful Sweet Swan Pram so a favourite toy can be kept comfortable on walks too.
