Solar System Decorative Mobile

A creative kit for making a large, solar system-themed decorative mobile. Budding astronomers will love crafting and learning about the planets. To make – the planets and stars can be painted, by the creator, then slid over the wire to create rings following the position of the planets of the solar system. They can be fixed to the stand, then the other decorative elements can be added including rockets, comets and stars. The perfect way to explore and see everything in their glory.

Great for encouraging creativity with a range of materials. Mobile art allows for focus over longer periods of time, which builds and enhances concentration levels. Confidence can be boosted and allows for the perfect revisiting of learning about the planets.

The kit includes 1 illustrated cardboard stand, 5 per-cut sheets of 8 planets and 3 stars to paint, 2 pre-cut sheets of decorative elements (rockets, stars and comets), 1 palette of gouache paints (8 colours), 1 brush, 10m of nylon thread, 1 self-adhesive hook, 1 double-sided sheet of stickers, 1 set of instructions and 1 booklet on the planets and the solar system.
