Baby Drum

A light-up musical drum.

A drum which has been specifically designed to encourage movement, as it can be beaten and rolled. When the drum is upright, the red circle makes a snare drum sound and the blue circle makes a bass drum sound. By placing the drum on its side it will automatically flash colourful lights and play lively percussion music.

Great for exploring different sounds while improving hand-eye coordination. Playing this drum is a perfect way to learn about rhythm, experiment with different sound and start to understand cause and effect.

Why not lie down and play a game where you take turns beating the drum. You can hold your little ones hand and show them how to beat, so that they can learn how rhythm creates different kinds of music. Alternatively, encourage crawling and roll the drum away for them to follow, or try rolling it back and forth to each other.

This drum requires three AA batteries, which are not included. There are also two levels of volume to choose between allowing calmer or louder play times.
