The Alphabet Rhyme Time Cards are the perfect way to explore each nursery rhyme and learn to recognise letters and begin to make simple words. There are both Alphabet Rhyme Time Character Sets, 1 & 2, beautifully crafted beech wood shapes which are printed front and back with characters from the nursery rhymes. Set one enables little ones to re-enact the rhymes for the letters d, q, v and i and Set 2 for the letters c, p, x and t. Perfect for bringing to life some of the best nursery rhymes.

Great for lowercase letter recognition, supporting speech and language skills and making connections with the letters and nursery rhyme songs. It can, also, support the teaching of early phonics. Through repetition and rhyme little ones are taught how language works and it helps to build memory capacity. Learning new words can also aid vocabulary skills in turn supporting their comprehension.

The book is in full colour with 110 A4 pages. The box of cards contains 26 different cards, each card has a front side printed with a letter accompanied by images of the nursery rhyme which is printed in full on the reverse. Set 1 of the Characters includes a bicycle, five ducklings, a bus and a spider. Set 2 of the Character Sets includes a cow, a cat, two birds, a pie, a teapot and a cup.
